Recipe Ingredients for Luncheon Spinach No-meat Quiche

100 grams Spinach
1 large Egg, Whole
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
8 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
63 grams Onions
42 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
43 grams Mushrooms
1/4 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 1% Milkfat
1/2 tsp Sodium-Free Salt

Recipe Directions for Luncheon Spinach No-meat Quiche

Brown onion, chopped green peppers, and chopped mushrooms in a non-stick pan. Add chopped spinach and saute for a few minutes. Mix egg, egg beaters, flour, silk milk, and cottage cheese in a bowl. Add onion mixture. Pour into individual silicone muffin baking cups. Bake 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees.
