1 ciabatta roll
1/8 cup onion, grated
1/8 cup parsnip, grated
1/8 cup carrot, grated
1/2 tomato
1 lettuce leaf
1/8 egg
1/16 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup turkey, ground
1/2 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp chipotle sauce

Recipe Directions for lunch with turkey patty

  1. Make a patty from the meat and the rest of the ingredients.

  2. Bake it in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes on each side.

  3. Cut the ciabatta roll in half. Spread the chipotle sauce on one half and form a burger.
