Protein and iron packed salad that keeps me full until dinner

Recipe Ingredients for *Lunch Salad with Tuna

1 1/4 ounces romaine lettuce, chopped
1 1/4 ounces baby spinach
1/4 large sweet red pepper, sliced
1 slice onion
1/4 cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup Grape Tomatoes
3 ounces drained chunk light tuna, in water
1/2 ounce Goat Cheese Crumbles

Recipe Directions for *Lunch Salad with Tuna

  1. Put first 6 ingredients in gallon ziplock bag and refrigerate.

  2. Open ziplock bag with salad mix and add light dressing of choice in with salad. Seal and shake to lightly cover salad.

  3. Dump on a plate, top with tuna and cheese, and fill up.
