What i usually make myself for lunch when i can be bothered. Its is delicious and contains nutritious elements.

Recipe Ingredients for Lunch Creation

3 oz Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 tbsp Parsley
0.75 cup Spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Lunch Creation

  1. Boil water for pasta. Insert pasta once boiling.

  2. Meanwhile, cut up half an onion and 1 clove of garlic. Chop up the herbs and mix together with onion and garlic.

  3. Once pasta is cooked, drain it and dispose of the water.

  4. Using the same pot, insert chopped ingredients and can of tuna and cook using a little bit of olive oil.

  5. Once cooked, mix with the pasta. Serve.
