What i usually make for lunch when i can be bothered. Its delicious and has nutritious elements in it.

Recipe Ingredients for Lunch Creation

3 oz Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 tbsp Parsley

Recipe Directions for Lunch Creation

  1. Boil water, insert pasta.

  2. chop up onion, garlic and mix with the herbs.

  3. once pasta is cooked, drain it and dispose of the water.

  4. put all other ingredients into the pan, and cook using a little bit of olive oil.

  5. Once onion and garlic are cooked, take off the heat and mix with the pasta.

  6. Serve.
