14 ounces soy milk
2 ounces coffee
2 tsp chocolate syrup

Recipe Directions for Lucy's mocha

  1. Steam soy milk with espresso machine. Put chocolate syrup in coffee mug.

  2. When soy milk is to correct temp, draw the espresso shot(s). Add espresso to mug and fill with steamed soy milk.
