Just a mix of spices and veg (all frozen and store cupboard!) and a bit of rice thrown in.

Recipe Ingredients for Lucys mish mash biriyani

1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweetpotato
100 grams Rice, Brown, Medium-grain
60 grams Rice
220 grams Peas, Green
30 rings Onions
1 cup, chopped Cabbage
120 grams Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 tbsp Olive Oil
5 g Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Turmeric, Ground
5 g Cumin Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Lucys mish mash biriyani

  1. Cook all stuff dwn in pan.

  2. Add water as you go to make sure not too dry but also don't let it go too sloppy.

  3. Add spices to desired taste.

  4. Add the COOKED rice to the dish.

  5. Keep stirring til desired consistency and voila. Biriyani.
