4 cup Beans, Snap, Green
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
2 cup Tomato Sauce
9 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 tsp Sodium-Free Salt
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Lubia polo

  1. chop the onions and cook with light butter

  2. add the lean ground meat and spices to the onions and cook till brown

  3. add the chopped green beans to the mix and cook

  4. add the tomatoe paste and 1 cup of water to the pot and simmer for 30 min.
