1 3/4 oz Salmon, Chinook, Smoked, (Lox), Regular
1/4 cup, chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Lox and Onion Omelet

  1. Dice onions

  2. Dice Lox

  3. Fold eggs into a mixing bowl

  4. Blend in onions and lox

  5. Pour into a heated skillet; cook until firm

  6. Fold and flip; cook for one minute

  7. Serve with Rye toast or Bagel
