Recipe Ingredients for Lox and Eggs

2 ounces smoked salmon
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon butter
3 whole eggs
1 teaspoon brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Lox and Eggs

Slice the onion and garlic in thin slices, then brown in butter over medium high heat. Add the brown sugar to caramelize the onions and garlic, then add the beaten eggs and lox (smoked salmon). Salt and pepper to taste and scramble well mixing all together. Turn off heat while eggs are still moist to prevent overcooking. Serve immediately! Yumm!
