Recipe Ingredients for Lowfat meatloaf

1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup eggbeater
1 tbsp bbq sauce

Recipe Directions for Lowfat meatloaf

  1. Mix all ingredients

  2. Put in cast-iron skillet

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 1 hour
