Recipe Ingredients for Lowfat Mashed Potatoes

32 oz Yukon Gold Potatoes
1 cup Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat

Recipe Directions for Lowfat Mashed Potatoes

Wash potatoes and cut into large chunks, do not peel. Boil over medium high heat until tender. Warm buttermilk in a small saucepan over very low heat. If it gets too hot it will curdle. Mash the drained potatoes. stir in warm buttermilk, salt and pepper to taste.
