Recipe Ingredients for Lowfat French Toast

1/4 cup eggbeaters or egg substitute
2 tablespoons skim milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
4 slices whole grain bread
1 cooking spray

Recipe Directions for Lowfat French Toast

Whisk together egg substitute, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg. Dip read slices in mixure. Coat nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Grill bread on both sides until golden brown.
