Very tasty, very tender meatloaf made of a mix of lean ground beef and ground turkey. Just throw it together, and leave it to your crockpot to do it's stuff.

Recipe Ingredients for Lowfat Crockpot Meatloaf

1/2 lb ground turkey
1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup ketchup
1 cup italian bread crumbs
3 egg whites
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Lowfat Crockpot Meatloaf

Mix all the ingredients, except the tomato sauce. Form into a round meatloaf. Place in your crockpot and pour tomato sauce over the meatloaf. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and a little bit of parsley flakes. Cook on Low 6-8 hours or High 3-4 hours.
