6 cups water
1 small onion
16 ounces carrots
8 celery stalks
1/2 cup brown rice
1 cup wild rice
1/8 cup butter
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 cups skim milk
1 can chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Lowfat Creamy Chicken Wild Rice Soup- 5 WW Points

  1. Boil Chicken Breasts in 6 cups water

  2. add wild rice and chicken broth, simmer 1 hour

  3. add next 4 ingredients, simmer 1 hour

  4. make a roux with butter flour and milk, add to soup
