Recipe Ingredients for Lowfat Cornbread

7 g agave nectar
2 g maple syrup
1 egg
90 g lowfat buttermilk
60 g butternut squash
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup whole grain flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Lowfat Cornbread

  1. Beat wet ingredients

  2. Sift in dry

  3. Gently fold

  4. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees, til inserted knife comes out clean
