This turned out pretty well, but adding a half cup brown sugar would probably be a good idea. Or you could use splenda and brown sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Lowfat Chocolate Raisin Oatmeal Cookies

2 cups rolled oats
11/20 cup egg whites
1 tbsp vanilla
1/3 cup honey
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Lowfat Chocolate Raisin Oatmeal Cookies

Mix wet ingredients together. Add pre-mixed dry ingredients. Put in chocolate chips and walnuts last. Cook at 350 degrees for 9 min.
