Recipe Ingredients for lowfat chickpea rice-pasta salad

454 grams Brown Rice Pasta
1.25 cup Spinach
0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
0.5 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
0.75 cup Diced Tomatoes
8 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped raw Gold Creamer Potatoes

Recipe Directions for lowfat chickpea rice-pasta salad

  1. make pasta. chop spinach fine.

  2. Roast pepper in strips face up and mushrooms face down at 475 for no more than 3-5 minutes. Boil potatoes and quarter. Mix it all together and chill.
