Recipe Ingredients for Lowfat Chicken Parmesan

24 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast, flattened and cut into tenders
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 egg whites, beaten
1/2 cup shredded parmesan

Recipe Directions for Lowfat Chicken Parmesan

  1. preheat oven to 450

  2. dip chicken in egg whites, then in bread crumbs and half of the parmesan

  3. place on baking sheet sprayed with pam

  4. bake 15-18 minutes

  5. spoon heated tomato sauce over chicken

  6. sprinkle with remaining parmesan
