Lowfat chicken curry that is DELISH!

Recipe Ingredients for Lowfat Chicken Curry

16 oz chicken breasts
3 c plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp of olive oil
1/2 c lemon juice
4 tbsp curry powder
4 tbsp turmeric
4 tbsp garam masala
2 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp coriander
1 tsp saffron

Recipe Directions for Lowfat Chicken Curry

  1. Cube chicken and trim off all fat. Put all ingredients in a stainless steel bowl and mix thouroughly making sure all chicken is coated.

  2. Put in fridge to chill and marinate for a couple of hours.

  3. Place in oven at 400F and bake.
