Bundt cake with white chocolate frosting

Recipe Ingredients for Lowfat Cake with frosting

18 1/4 oz. cake mix
12 oz. diet coke
1/3 cup 1% milk
1 cup sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1 cup white chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Lowfat Cake with frosting

  1. Mix with beater, one box cake mix with one can of coke (other flavors like cherry, vanilla, etc. can be used). Bake cake at directed on box. Remove cake and cook on rack for 10 minutes before removing from bundt pan.

  2. In small sauce pan, mix milk, sugar, and butter. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Once at boil stage, boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Glaze top of cooled cake with icing.
