The New Joy of Cooking's recipe with whole wheat flour and little less sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Lowfat Banana Muffins

1 1/3 c. mashed bananas
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Lowfat Banana Muffins

Whisk dry ingredients together. Stir in wet ingredients until just mixed. Scoop into muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
