Yummy banana bread - 16 slices per loaf

Recipe Ingredients for lowfat banana bread

8 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 cup White Flour, Unbleached
2 cup Sugars, Granulated
12 tsp Becel Regular Margarine
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 large Egg, Whole
1/4 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics

Recipe Directions for lowfat banana bread

  1. mash bananas

  2. add other ingredients, mix until all ingredients are wet

  3. Pour into 2 greased loaf bans

  4. Bake 350 43 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
