Recipe Ingredients for Lowfat Banana Bread

1 c oat flour
3/4 c brown rice flour
1/2 c sugar
1 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 c mashed bananas
1/3 c unsweetened applesauce
2 large egg whites
1 large egg

Recipe Directions for Lowfat Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.

  2. Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine banana, egg whites, egg, and applesauce. Add to dry ingredients and mix until moist. Pour into loaf pan.

  4. Bake 40-45 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Enjoy!
