Banana Muffins - Low Fat - Real Sugar

Recipe Ingredients for LowFat Banan Muffins 2

3 bananas
1 Egg, Whole
1/3 cup applesauce
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 ounces Cinnamon Chips

Recipe Directions for LowFat Banan Muffins 2

  1. Mash bananas.

  2. Stir in beaten egg.

  3. Add applesauce, sweetener and mix well Add flour, soda, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, mix.

  4. Add chips.

  5. Scoop into greased muffin tins.

  6. (DO NOT USE PAPER CUPS BECAUSE THESE MUFFINS WILL STICK TO THEM!).

  7. Bake 350 oven for 20 minutes.
