18 ounce boneless skinless chicken breasts
8 ounces lemon flavored yoplait light yogurt
1 3/4 cups Special K

Recipe Directions for lowfat baked chicken breasts

  1. dip chicken breasts in yogurt to coat

  2. roll breasts in crushed Special K crumbs (season with salt, pepper, dried minced garlic, dried minced onion to taste)

  3. cook in preheated oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
