1/2 onion
1/2 c salsa
16 ounces tomato sauce
6 whole wheat tortillas
16 ounces velveeta low-fat

Recipe Directions for Lower version of beef taco skillet

  1. Brown meat and onions till cooked through.

  2. Add salsa and tomato sauce

  3. Cut tortillas in 1" strips and add to meat mixture

  4. Cook on low for approx 5 minutes.

  5. Top with Cheese and Serve.
