2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped oregano leaves
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
56 ounce tomatoes (recommended: San Marzano)
3 tablespoons condensed milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 quarts ricotta cheese, (2 containers)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 pound lowfat mozzarella cheese, shredded
