A lower fat version of a yummy treat

Recipe Ingredients for Lower fat pumpkin muffins

1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 c granulated sugar
7 1/2 oz pumpkin puree
1 egg
1 egg white
1/4 c applesauce
1/4 c vegetable oil
1/4 c water

Recipe Directions for Lower fat pumpkin muffins

mix flours, pie spice, baking soda and salt. set aside. in a separate bowl mix sugar, pumpkin, eggs, applesauce, oil, and water. slowly add dry ingredients to wet. bake 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
