16 ounce fat-free cream cheese
1/2 cup light butter, softened
1/3 cup SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Lower fat cream cheese frosting for 8-inch double layer cake or 16 cupcakes or muffins

  1. Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add SPLENDA, beating at medium speed until blended. Stir in vanilla.

  2. Apply to top and sides of your 8-inch double layer cake or apply to 16 cupcakes or muffins.
