Made w/Ground Chicken and Turkey Bacon

Recipe Ingredients for Lower Fat Chili

1 pound ground chicken
1 onion
1/2 pound turkey bacon
45 ounces tomatoe sauce
29 ounces Bushs Best Baked Beans Original
15 ounces corn
15 ounces dark red kidney beans
1/4 cup chili seasoning

Recipe Directions for Lower Fat Chili

  1. Cut bacon into bite size pieces, frying in large until crispy. Remove from pan and drain on papertowel.

  2. Chop onion finely, add to pot. Add ground chicken and cook until done.

  3. Add bacon back into pot. Add corn, baked beans, kidney beans, tomato sauce, and chili seasoning to the pot.

  4. Mix well, and cook until heated through or until ready to eat.

  5. Top w/low fat sour cream, shredded cheese, green onions, and crackers or tortilla chils. Yum! And, only one pan to clean up!
