Recipe Ingredients for Lower Fat Banana Bread

1/3 cup splenda granular
1/3 cup splenda brown sugar blend
1/8 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup mashed banana
1/4 cup almond milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Lower Fat Banana Bread

  1. Mix sugars, applesauce, eggs, banana, and vanilla.

  2. Add milk.

  3. Add in flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon.

  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
