Recipe Ingredients for Lower Cholesterol Spinach Squares

1 cup Egg Whites
1 cup Flour
1 cup Skim Milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 small chopped onion
8 oz low fat cheese
10 oz chopped spinach

Recipe Directions for Lower Cholesterol Spinach Squares

Beat everything together. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Pour everything in and distribute evenly. Bake for approximately 45 mins or until the edges start to brown. Cool 45 mins before cutting.
