1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach
8 oz Eggs
3 clove Garlic
4 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
2 serving Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Lower cholesterol frittata

  1. Saute garlic in olive oil.

  2. Add thawed spinach and continue sauteing while whisking egg whites until foamy.

  3. Pour egg whites over spinach and mix evenly, then cook until eggs begin to set.

  4. Sprinkle cheese over top, cover, and cook until cheese melts and eggs are complete cooked.
