Recipe Ingredients for Lower Calorie Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 c fat free sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 c shredded mozzarella
8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more as needed
1 teaspoon horseradish
14 ounce artichoke hearts, drained

Recipe Directions for Lower Calorie Spinach Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Drain and squeeze as much liquid as possible from spinach. In blender, add all ingredients except artichokes. Blend until just blended but still slightly lumpy. Add artichokes and blend in pulses to form a chunky consistency. Place in a 1-quart baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella. Bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
