Recipe Ingredients for Lower calorie omelet

113 grams Eggs
15 g Velveeta 2% Milk
31 g chopped raw Vidalia Onion
27 g Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 gram bacon grease
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 pinch sea salt
4 g jalapeno
23 grams button mushrooms
10 grams water
10 grams Campari Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Lower calorie omelet

Saute vegetables in oil. Add beaten eggs. When set add cheese, pepper and salt. Fold over and cook until golden. Serve hot.
