4 pork chops, 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick
1 salt and pepper, to taste
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup flour
1 cooking spray

Recipe Directions for Lower Calorie Easy Breaded Pork Chops

Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a heavy skillet. Whisk egg and milk together in a shallow bowl. Dip each pork chop in the egg mixture then dredge in flour. Fry in the cooking spray coated pan for about 4 to 6 minutes on each side.
