Recipe Ingredients for Lower calorie crab cake

4 oz White Crabmeat
1 serving Yelton's Corn Meal
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1/4 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/2 serving JFG Mayonnaise, mine
1 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
1/2 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
1 dash Pepper, Black
3 1tsp Olive Oil
1 pinch kosher salt

Recipe Directions for Lower calorie crab cake

Saute onions, red pepper, & celery in half the oil. While vegetables saute, combine drained crab meat, meal, egg & mayo in a bowl. Add cooled vegetables and combine and form into 4 cakes. Add other half of the oil to the pan and bring to a medium heat. Then add the cakes. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
