Adapted my usual banana bread to be lower cal.

Recipe Ingredients for Lower cal Banana Bread

3 bananas
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup walnuts
1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Lower cal Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately

  3. Add dry ingredients into the wet

  4. Pour into well-greased loaf pans and bake until toothpick comes out clean
