Recipe Ingredients for lowcal BBQ chicken

4 oz chicken, uncooked
2 tbsp hickory BBQ sauce
1 cooking spray

Recipe Directions for lowcal BBQ chicken

  1. dice the chicken into small chunks

  2. get a small pan and preheat on medium/high, adding plenty of cooking spray.

  3. After reaching medium/high temperature add chicken and cover making sure to stir around the pieces

  4. add BBQ sauce when the chicken is about half way cooked

  5. allow the chicken to cook properly
