Recipe Ingredients for lowcal banana muffins

4 tbsp margarine
4 oz applesauce
3/4 cup splenda
1 egg
2 egg whites
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
5 bananas
3 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for lowcal banana muffins

  1. blend margarine applesauce and splenda

  2. add egg and egg whites, mix until fluffy

  3. sift dry ingredients and half at a time

  4. fold in mashed bananas and vanilla
