Recipe Ingredients for Low Sugar Peanut Butter Criss-Cross Cookies

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup no calorie splenda
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Low Sugar Peanut Butter Criss-Cross Cookies

  1. Cream peanut butter and butter thoroughly.

  2. Add 1/2 of the flour, sweeteners, egg, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla. Combine until completely mixed

  3. Add the remaining flour and mix thoroughly.

  4. Shape into one inch balls and mash with a fork in a criss-cross pattern.

  5. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.

  6. Makes 36 cookies
