I've modified an old peach cobbler recipe. Other fruit such as cherries, blackberries, blueberries, etc. can be substituted for the peaches. The batter will be THIN but it will thicken and rise during baking. Be sure not to stir once you have it in the pan. If you bake it in a smaller size pan, the baking time will be more than doubled.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Sugar Peach Cobbler

1 cup Smart Balance spread
2 cup Splenda no calorie

Recipe Directions for Low Sugar Peach Cobbler

  2. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, or until golden brown. Best served warm.
