Recipe Ingredients for Low-Sugar, Low-Fat Lemon Pie

3/4 cup Splenda no calorie
1 3/4 cup water
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp lemon zest
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 eggs
216 grams pillsbury pie crust

Recipe Directions for Low-Sugar, Low-Fat Lemon Pie

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Cook over medium heat in heavy saucepan , stirring constantly.

  3. When thick, pour into pre-baked pie shell that has cooled completely.

  4. Let pie filling cool and top with whipped topping.

  5. Refrigerate for one hour and serve.
