Low sodium whole wheat pizza dough

Recipe Ingredients for Low sodium whole wheat pizza dough

1 teaspoon active dry yeast
2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Low sodium whole wheat pizza dough

  1. Place ingredients in bread machine, liquids first, then dry. Divide into 2 balls onto floured surface. You can go ahead and bake or put in fridge covered in saran wrap. Shape and bake 400 degrees about 15 minutes.

  2. Add sauce and other ingredients and cook 10-15 more minutes.
