Recipe Ingredients for Low Sodium Veg-Beef soup

1 cup celery
1 cup carrots
1 tsp margarine
1 cup onions
5 oz beef
3 cups water

Recipe Directions for Low Sodium Veg-Beef soup

  1. Brown meat and onions on no stick pan

  2. Turn off heat and add 1 c water to loosen flavour from pan

  3. Place veg and 2 c. water in slow cooker

  4. Add meat onions and drppings on top

  5. Cook on high for one hour then lower heat to low and let cook for several hours until meat is tender

  6. you may add other veg to your taste
