Recipe Ingredients for low sodium turkey chili

14.5 oz Stewed Tomatoes No Salt Added
14.5 oz Stewed Tomatoes No Salt Added
4 serving Turkey Burger Patties
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
1.5 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for low sodium turkey chili

  1. cook turkey in skillet, breaking up with spoon until meat is no longer pink. drain and rinse meat in collander. return to pan.

  2. add onion, green pepper, carrots and garlic to pan. cook until meat begins to brown and vegetables are tender, 10-15 minutes.

  3. add 1/2 c water, 1.5 c kidney beans and 1 can of stewed tomatoes to pan.

  4. process other can of tomatoes in blender under liquified. Add to pan.

  5. stir well and cover. Turn heat to medium, cook about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
