Recipe Ingredients for low sodium sweet potato burrito

3 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1 small Onions
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 cup Cut Sweet Potatoes
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
10 tortilla Best Buy 6" Flour tortillas 12ct
1 cup, shredded Low Fat, Cheddar Or Colby Cheese

Recipe Directions for low sodium sweet potato burrito

  1. saute onion

  2. add beans and mash

  3. ass spices to taste

  4. add corn and sweet potato

  5. Fill tortilla and roll

  6. spray with Pam and bake 15 minutes

  7. will freeze well
