Pack & go "chips and salsa" for all day snacking

Recipe Ingredients for Low Sodium "Salsa" Snack

4 medium tomatoes, seeded & finely diced
1/2 small onion, finely minced
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/4 c fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 fresh jalapeno pepper, finely minced
1/2 tsp lemon juice
10 stalks celery, cleaned & cut into 3 inch pieces

Recipe Directions for Low Sodium "Salsa" Snack

  1. Place celery in a ziploc bag, seal

  2. Place remaining ingredients in a seperate ziploc bag, seal, knead gently to mix well.

  3. Pack & go. When hungry for a snack, scoop tomato "salsa" with celery and eat.
