64 oz lean pork loin
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp basil
1 tsp ground thymes
1 1/2 tsp tarragon
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Low Sodium Pork Loin (Robert)

  1. Rinse and dry pork loin.

  2. Cut pork in half.

  3. For each pork half, butterfly them.

  4. Rub with olive oil and season.

  5. Bake uncovered fat side up at 350 degree F for one hour.
